No Returns Due to Intimate Nature: Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once an order is placed. Please make your selections carefully.

Defective or Damaged Products: If your order arrives defective or damaged, please document the issue with photographs and detailed information, and email us at support@gearforthebold.com within 1 month of the arrival date. Each case will be reviewed individually. If the defect or damage is outside of your control (e.g., damage in transit), we will offer a replacement or a refund if a replacement is not available. However, damages due to misuse or mishandling by the customer will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Shipping for Replacements: If a replacement is approved, we will ship the item to you at no additional cost. If there are no additional items in stock for replacement, we will either offer a one-time use promo code for the amount of the purchase, or a full refund.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued for defective or damaged products when replacements are not available. Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.

Response Time: We aim to respond to all inquiries within 7-10 business days after receiving your email.

Discreet Packaging: All orders are shipped in discreet packaging (bubble mail envelopes) with no branding, except for the shipping label.

Legal Compliance: We ship only within the United States. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered comply with state and local laws.

No Order Modifications: Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, often on the same day.
